Arched Marble Backsplashes

Good morning, Everyone!

Another beautiful sunny day here in Charlottetown - too bad it's so cold!

I've been admiring these stone backsplashes for some time and they are showing up more and more in design.  Most of them appear to be marble, but a lot of them are other stones such as quartz or granite.

They certainly would be lower maintenance than tile with grout, wouldn't they - especially behind a sink or stove.

Whether used behind a sink, stove, bathtub or as shower walls - they offer a simple, clean look and are a wonderful addition to any space.

Moodboard Monday - Orange Obsession

Good morning, everyone!

Hope you're all refreshed for the busy week ahead!

I found some beautiful orange ideas for this post - because it's such a strong color it may not appeal to everyone. However, it's also a fresh and "happy" color and whether you use a touch of it or more than a touch, it's a standout!

And it looks like orange will be big in fashion this year - the clothes and jewelry are gorgeous!

Enjoy and have a great day!
